Customer first. Edward Enterprises has been guided by two of founder Eddie Sakai's lifelong convictions. The first is to treat customers, suppliers and employees fairly. Edward Enterprises' distinguished list of longtime clients bears testament to this philosophy of putting the customer first and foremost.
From his own experiences, Eddie knew that well-treated employees and suppliers helped a company satisfy its customers. In his view, employees and suppliers were also customers of a company's goodwill and service. To give employees a true stake in the company, Edward Enterprises was established as an employee-owned company.
"Nothing encourages creativity like a chance to fall on one's face" is one way of stating the second guiding principle of Edward Enterprises. Eddie himself put it this way: "Give a person enough rope and he'll either make good or hang himself." You can understand why Edward Enterprises some years ago adopted as its company motto: "Unless an organization is restless and experimental, it is quietly going to seed." |

High Tech Creativity. Someone noted recently that more revolutionary changes have happened in printing in each of the last five years than in the previous twenty years combined.
Computers, multi-media, interactive technology and other high tech developments have not only allowed customers to play a bigger part in the production process, but have also made them more knowledgeable. Edward Enterprises is looking ahead to incorporating these new digital technologies to better serve the future needs of its customers.
Edward Enterprises not just a printing company, but are really in the business of helping our customers communicate with their customers.
